A correction should make a page more accurate, not merely more certain.
What is corrected
Factual errors, broken source links, incorrect publication details, misidentified characters, continuity conflation, and claims that exceed their evidence are corrected when reliable support is available.
How revisions are evaluated
Primary published material is checked first. Official publisher or studio records are used for publication and adaptation facts. If sources conflict, the page records the conflict instead of silently choosing the more convenient answer.
How uncertainty is preserved
A correction may change “confirmed” to “ambiguous,” remove an unsupported date, separate two continuities, or narrow a relationship. Leaving a question open is an accuracy improvement when the story itself leaves it open.
Update practice
Material revisions are reflected in the page, its references, and the sitemap date when appropriate. Cosmetic changes do not receive artificial freshness signals.
Public contact: A public correction address has not been published yet. Until one is designated, source-backed revisions are incorporated through the site’s normal editorial maintenance process.
