Scope: Limited metal-box campaign tiers within the published and officially announced BRZRKR record.

Blood Red, Bronze Age, Gunmetal, and Platinum Immortal were the four named metal-box levels in the official BRZRKR campaign.

BRZRKR record

The campaign FAQ states respective limits of 500, 250, 100, and 50 and describes different premium finishing treatments associated with the names.

Why it matters

Because quantity is officially stated, these formats can be discussed without borrowing unsupported population claims from the resale market.

Collecting information describes publication objects rather than story continuity. A foil treatment, signature, retailer logo, grading label, or new cover can make a copy distinct without adding a new event to B’s life. Official publisher and edition records carry more weight than undated resale descriptions.

A dependable description begins with facts visible on the object or stated by the publisher: issue or book title, printing, credited artist, market, finish, and packaging. Condition, signature provenance, grading, completeness, and ownership belong to the individual copy. Separating edition identity from copy condition prevents scarcity, price, and canon from being confused with one another.

Official quantity limits

  • Blood Red: 500 copies
  • Bronze Age: 250 copies
  • Gunmetal: 100 copies
  • Platinum Immortal: 50 copies

The September 1, 2020 campaign FAQ says each level would receive a different premium finishing treatment reflecting its name and gives the red metal box as an example for Blood Red. It also explains that later stretch goals could add embellishments to boxes and graphic novels. Collectors should therefore compare a specific set with the campaign tier description and unlocked campaign updates rather than assume every metal box has identical contents.

Practical verification

For a complete set, check the named outer box, the included volumes, any tier-specific finishing, and campaign materials promised for that reward. Photographs of the spine, contents, and packaging are more useful than a generic resale title. The official limit is a production claim for the tier, not a current census of intact copies.

Confirmed limits

Completeness still depends on the specific box, books, and promised tier contents. A loose book is not the full metal-box set, and an official edition limit does not establish condition, ownership history, or present market value.

Unconfirmed dates, credits, contents, formats, or story connections remain open. Later official material can extend the record, but it should not be anticipated as fact.
